Questions?

NCLEX RN in Tacoma, WA

I have taken the Nclex RN 3x for the NJBON. I have taken the test prep through Kaplan 2x and I can't grasp the content enough to stay in my memory as I work in a retirement home and don't get to practice a lot of skills nor do I have the time to watch. I have a lot of responsibilities and I'm at my wits end. My goal is to own a respite care center that free up beds in the hospitals. I have a plan but I was suppose to accomplish this goal when I hit 30 yrs old. I am now 29 and needing assistance w/ the first step. I have ADD and some recent health issues that have hindered my goal this far. A recent good paying employer I had to let go and am finding it hard to better myself in and out w/o finding a better paying employer that I can meet requirements. I have the financials and was thinking about going back to school for my BSN. Unfortunately I don't know at this point if I can do that since I graduated in 2009. I have reached out in many directions and most were let downs w/ spending money and not getting the one on one I truly know I need. I have been skeptical using the online sites for tutoring but I'm fed up w/ loss time and money. It's either I want this or I don't need to be a nurse. However I know I didn't pass that darn Exit exam with out a fight. I am wanting to know how you can assist me in passing this test and to prove to myself that I am going to be the best nurse I can be.
