ADHD in Port Jervis, NY

Hello Kathleen My name is D. G. I am contacting you about your services for my son Ethan G.. He is 7 yrs old and in the past year has been diagnosed with Adhd and is on medication now . He has just started second grade and wasn't on his medication and now they want to test him for special ed which me and my husband don't feel that he needs . He can do the work . He has been doing better since he has been on the medication and catches on quickly he needs help mostly in his writing and comprehensive skills . This has been very mind racking because I know he is very smart and he can do the work and he knows it he is just lazy because it doesn't interest him. I just would Like him to get the help that he needs with out him being labled as special ed . If you can help me please get back to me . Thank you so much for your time . Mrs G.
