Elementary in Sterling, IL

I have a 11 year old son who needs an outside person to help him with reading and language arts. Punctuation, grammer and to become a better reader. He is very smart and loves science. He does good in math and science but has problems with social studies, reading, language arts and composition. Some may be because he's uninterested in those subjects or that those are harder areas for him. I do not want him to fall further behind. He is a very laid back, mellow boy and I don't know for sure but some may be laziness as well. He needs someone that is not his teacher or parents to help motivate and maybe interest him. Someone who can be creative and show him ways to enjoy reading and writing.
