Questions?

Reading in Niceville, FL

Hi Alison.... I am looking for a tutor to help my daughter, 5th grade, Rocky Bayou Christian School..... I have three other younger children. We have homeschooled in previous years; this is our first year all of them in school. Sarah, my 5th grader, is behind in her reading and spelling, and is just a bit slower than her peers in most subjects. Most nights we have been up until 11 p.m., she's been in tears, and what's happening is she does not have the confidence and skills to do her homework on her own. She waits for me, then it gets too late, and this has been the cycle since school started this year. I get too busy with my other little ones, by the time I get to her, she is so tired. I was looking for a schedule like this: Monday, Tuesday 4:30 to 6:30; Wed. 4:30 to 6:00; Thursday: 6 to 7:30. Thursdays she now has gymnastics, so it would be later. These are just some thoughts in my mind. Please let me know if this is doable for you at all. Sarah is very sweet and well behaved; I think you would enjoy working with her. We are also in Niceville. I think Sarah would work better somewhere other than our home; our home is quite noisy with all of my other children..... I look forward to hearing from you soon. I'm hoping to find someone to begin with Sarah this coming week.... Thank you....
