Guitar in NC

Hey Jared, I live in North Carolina. I play acoustic and electric guitar (intermediate). I also sing. I don't want to spend a lot of time on technology, but can you help with these: 1. I want to create loops (maybe 3-5 minutes) to use as backing tracks to practice with. 2. Record guitars and voice using multitrack methods. 3. I use a keyboard amp for guitar but it has no effects. Want to at least add some reverb. 4. I have a Scarlett 2i2 and Abelton Live 9 Lite. I know almost nothing about using them. Again, I want to do it the simplest way possible.
