Study Skills in Vancouver, WA

I have a sophomore son who is a good capable student 3-As, 3-Bs, but we realize he doesn't have the best organizational skills, time management skills and test prep skills. He does well, grades aren't horrible but we don't see a good system in place that would help him be not only successful but organized and prepared in high school and especially thinking ahead to college. We have never used a tutor with this subject. Where do tutoring sessions take place? I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.
