Patent and Trademark in NV

Hi William, looks like you're the only guy I can find here in Nevada who knows about patents. Im all the way in las Vegas and it says you only do in person..... I was wondering if you could still help me out even if we do live pretty far away from each other. Im 29, and work as an ICU RN here in the NW Vegas area. I feel like I have a really good idea and would like to make an improvement on the average stethoscope but I have no experience in patents and want to do this the right way. Let me know if you can help.
