ADHD in Logan, UT

I am looking for a tutor for my son that will be 16 in August and attending Logan High. He will be in 10th grade. He is very bright on testing, however, cannot get his assignments done and turned in. ADHD and has anxiety disorder. I see that your specialty is math. He would love to be a math teacher one day. I am hoping to have you work with him on Tuesdays and Thursdays right after school from 3-4pm for math/science completing assignments. He has an IEP and I can ask the IEP team if you could come directly to the school or he can meet you at the Logan Library. This would be from August 23rd to the end of May 2017.
