Speed Reading in Green Bay, WI

Hello Shawn, I am C., I am a senior in high school and am on the National Honors Society, gpa ranging from 3.8-3.959 , however I have struggled in reading all my life, I never thought anything of it, but now I have taken the ACT twice and have only gotten a 19 both times, to get to where I want to go for college that wont cut it, I want to do better. Also being better at reading will not only most likely help in the ACT category but will help me in the future, I think. Do you think this would be a good way to better my reading score on the ACT and be quicker at reading and comprehension in college?
