Computer in Whitesboro, TX
I have a friend from Nepal who just came to the US. He is 28 and was in the Nepal military in computer security. He need to learn English, but if it were with something he enjoys like computer security I think he would learn faster. Is the 45 dollars a set fee? His resources are slim right now, just arriving and working at a gas stations to earn money. He wants to enter college in January. What can we work out to help him with. He is a great guy and a hard worker.
