Android Studio in New York, NY

Hi, My son has a project to build a complicated java application through android studio. He wants to make an activity organizer with different features such as messaging, gps location, paypal, and a cool interface. He is a senior in HS and has taking computer Science for the last 3 years, 2 of which have been IB. He also teaches coding to younger kids at camps, so he is familiar with the subject, but this project is high level and he needs some help. Let me know if you can assist.
