Math in Destin, FL

I am looking for intensive individualized instruction for a 2nd grader in the area of math. Lilly has had tutors for 2 years but is making minimal progress. What we really need is someone to provide academic therapy and not just review homework. What type of experience have you had in this area and what math program and methods do you use?
