NCLEX in Los Angeles, CA

In need of a NCLEX tutor. Exam is in one month, and I have failed it twice. Both times I was running out of time, and the first I answered questions fast to finish the exam, and failed.. Second time i ran out of time and failed due to the "run out of time rule" Need help with reduction of risk and nursing intervention.
