USMLE in Rockville, MD

Hi Zargham, I am studying for my step 1 and am having trouble. I seem to get my answer choices down to two and then consistently pick the wrong one. I'm not sure if it's knowledge or confidence but just wondering if your tutoring style would be able to help me with this. I'm passing my NBME's but cant get above 200. Thanks so much.
