NBME in Kingwood, TX

hello Dr Rajput, I am a FMG and have been trying to take step 1 off and on for few years now and it's become really exhausting. I recently moved to Kingwood , Houston with the aim of getting a tutor that can guide me in areas of my obvious deficiencies. I have been able to manage over 70 on Uworld but still can't score high on my NBME (189,201). I don't even what to read exactly to tackle some of my deficient areas. I hope you can guide me and help me improve on my deficient areas. I just want to get a push to at least get a score in the 230s just to match into any available program. I hope you'll have enough time to accommodate me in your schedule at this time. Thank you!
