USMLE Step in New York, NY

Dear Ravi, I'm interested on your clases! I give you a little of my background: I finished medical school in 2013 in Spain (I'm from Spain) and now I'm doing a PhD in neuroscience at SUNY-Optometry. I plan to finish my PhD in July 2019. Later I would like to apply for residencies in neurology in the NY area, probably a residency that incorporates research on their program. I will already have a PhD and hopefully 3 publications as a first author (I have now for now) so my candidature will be fairly strong but I want to have a very good score on the USMLE to be able to apply to the best program possible. I have been preparing the USMLE for 6 months with another tutor but he is doing his residency adn does not have a lot of time and I would like to find someone more committed. We meet every 2 months so I have time to review the material and do U-World questions, but I will be happy to meet every 2 weeks, in the class I ask questions and he summarizes some of the material. He provides me the materials. For now I reviewed about 30% of the material for step 1 but just once. I plan to be preparing the USMLE step 1 part time until 2019 and then take a year to take the USMLE and the Step 2. I want a very good score so I might take longer if I need it. Questions: Could you offer a similar service of the one I'm getting now? meaning, space the sessions but prepare the exam over a long period of time? Do you provide the materials to review for the exam? Are all the classes that you offer online? I would like to meet in person in NYC Basically I need some guiding on what to study, the motivation of having a set class and probably answers to specific questions I will find. It would be great that at some point you could guide a little on the process of finding a residency program that is a good fit for me as well. Let me know! Thank you!! C.
