GRE in Watertown, NY

I am 33 years old and am in the Army. I am studying for the GRE and am looking for some help. I am really struggling with the math concepts, however I am also looking for some help in the Verbal section as well. I live on Ft. Drum and am willing to come to Watertown or the library, whatever makes sense. I have 2 young kids so unless working evenings is best, my house is probably not a good idea.
