USMLE Step in Silver Spring, MD

Hi Ali, I'm J.. I live in Thailand. I would like to learn USMLE step 1 course with. I have no idea which books are best for me because I don't know contents that teach in my country is enough or not and I forgot contents a lot. So I look forward to a tutor who can teach me contents for all topics that I should know to reach my goal and teaches or recommends anything else like qbank or something else. My english level is intermediate. I plan to take a USMLE step 1 in November. My goal is score more than 240. Do you teach online? Which application do you use? If I have 4 classes(4hours) a week with you, how much do you charge? Sorry for asking, how much do your student score USMLE step 1? Thank you, J.
