USMLE in Westbury, NY

I am a year 3 medical student. I studied for about 3 months for my step one usmle but NBME score average is only about 195. so I decided to seek help from tutor. I am more used to pathoma, sketchy micro etc, but First Aid foundation is relatively weak especially basic science subjects. Need Help. Thanks
