Hello dear dr,how are you? I'm from iran,I started preparing for usmle step 1,at first I must say my English is not very good but i can communicate and understand,now I'm going to English class,unfortunately education system in iran isn't english and we should go to English class to learn,anyway i graduated about 4 years ago and i think i forget most of the basic science,now I determined to ace the usmle and get a grade above 250,if i have any problems in understanding materials or if i have any questions,can you help me?
