reading and math in East Hampton, NY

Hello, I'm looking for a summer reading and Math tutor for my 12 year old. 3 days/week Mon-Fri. for 2 hours. The time slot is flexible. My son has to read and annotate an assigned book and read another. He has a little trouble with reading and annotating. He is very kind and cooperative. I would also like him to brush up on Math for part of the 2 hours.
