USMLE in Cos Cob, CT

Hi, I am an IMG from Pakistan trying to prepare for USMLE Step 1. I have done Kaplan videos (except physiology and anatomy) and I have joined a group on Skype and we do UW 3 blocks of 40 questions everyday but I’m not satisfied about my preparation.
