medical coding in Bakersfield, CA

Hi, I have some material I'm not quite understanding. Please help me, it is 20 cases. And my total score is 68%. I need a 70% to pass. It's all online. I asked my organization they said I'm missing a couple CPT codes and I have to make sure the right echocardiogram codes are there. I've tried 4 times and still get the same score. I really need help.
