Russian ESL in Millbrook, AL

Hello, My grandmother recently moved from Vitebsk, Belarus to Prattville AL. She is a native Russian speaker with a very low level of English, although her French is a bit better. Are you available for English tutoring in Millbrook and/or Prattville? Also, do you happen to know of any Russian communities/events/get-togethers in the area?
