USMLE step 2 online

Hello, I am a foreign medical grad but was born in Georgia. I already passed Step 1 and have been studying for Step 2 for a couple of years now but have not been able to get over mid 70s percent on the UWorld practice questions. I am currently living in Bogota Colombia practicing as a general practitioner so I would need tutoring over whatsapp. And I have an unpredictable scheduled.
