Hello Edie, I have an elderly client who desires to continue using Quicken for his personal finances, including his investment statements. The problem is I’m having trouble helping him on the investment side where securities balances within Quicken are not matching. I’ve tried Quicken Support to no avail as I believe I just don’t understand well that side of Quicken. Are you seasoned in this area? We are located in Claremont, CA.
