adobe lightroom in Santa Cruz, CA

Hi Debbie. I don’t need Lightroom tutoring, I need you to straighten out my file system. I am trying to adjust my 20 RAW landscape photos in Lightroom on the Dell laptop I recently bought. I have them stored in iCloud on my iPad. I am trying to use Onedrive to move them into Lightroom Classic on the Dell but it is not working. I can get them to appear on the web if I search Onedrive, but I can’t get them to appear in Lightroom on the Dell. Thanks, M.
