study skills in Barre, VT

Hi, My son is a sophomore at Norwich University. Would you travel to campus to tutor him? Not sure how far that is for you. He does not have a car. He is struggling with study skills and writing skills. He has always used an IEP in school but can not use it here. He needs to show no modifications in learning to qualify for a Marine Corps commission. Thank you
