USMLE step online

Hi ,I need your help with usmle step 1..My exam is on 30 december .My first nbme score was 200 then I worked hard on my basics and focused on concepts and then I scored 230 on UWSA and 228 on nbme 20 but now after 1 month I gave nbme 23 and scored 203 and am very scared ..actually I have not studied properly before nbme 23 ...In these last days I need your help ..how should I proceed further ..what should be my schedule for these last 7 weeks I want you to be my mentor in my usmle journey
