Korean in New Braunfels, TX

I am looking for a Korean tutor right here in New Braunfels. I am a Texas State student so I have a limited budget. Any chance you would consider a reduced rate for someone who lives very close by? Not sure I can afford the $35 an hour. I accepted a teaching position in Korea teaching English to young children. I would like to be more proficient in the language.
