adobe photoshop in Pittsburgh, PA

Hi David, Happy new year! I am in the process of starting my own business and need to learn Adobe illustrator and/ or photoshop to creat infographic resumes. I am actually not sure what the best design tool is. I would like 4-5 in person sessions. I have a windows laptop. I am available weekends and most evenings after 5.
