pre-algebra online

Our son has dyscalculia and we are looking for an online teacher to teach 3-5 times per week, during the school year. He'll be starting in the 9th grade and has done about half of pre-algebra. He'll be in school, but the school is flexible about working with us. They'll pull him out of the normal math time for him to do one-on-one with a tutor. Please let us know your thoughts. Thank you
