Hi Kevin, I'm a masters student currently in bioinformatics. While it is not pharmacology, the specific assignment I have chose does pertain to research design with pharmaceuticals. We could have chosen any topic (not necessarily related to informatics) and I chose to compare effectiveness of atypical antipsychotic drugs (more specific clozaril) with typical ones (Haldol). I am supposed to come up with a research design. I am trying to figure out superiority vs. non-inferiority testing as they are pertinent to this topic. Is that something you can help me with?
