Dear Douglas: We have enrolled my son in homeschooling. Upon his start, I have realized that being in public school he is much further behind than he should be in both reading and math. He is unable to do simple math equations. We need a regular tutor to come on a regular basis, as needed to assist him. He has teachers available online through his school but when I try and work with him he refuses to do the work with me.
