I spent 5 years as a classroom teacher in grades pre-k, first, and second. As well as 5 years as an early childhood special education teacher servicing students ages 3-6 with various disabilities. I spent majority of my career in Denver, Colorado when I moved there with my husband! I also have several years of experience in Harford County Public Schools. I am familiar with HCPS curriculum, classroom and data expectations, testing requirements, and the IEP process. I am also familiar with assessments and screening tools to determine students' needs.
