"I am currently certified to teach Physical Sciences to grades 7-12 in the public education system. I have been teaching High School Physics for 18 years and concurrently College Physics I and II for 14 years. I have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Physics with an emphasis on Physics Education. I have also taught High School Chemistry (7 years). I have been in a leadership role for scoring and developing rubrics for the AP Physics Exams for the past 6 years.

My Physics classroom is hands on and full of questions. Not only do my students know how to solve complex physics problems, but they understand the concepts behind the math. Why did you do that? Where did that number come from? How did you know to use this equation? I believe that Physics is the greatest subject because it can be made simple enough for anyone to understand it. I have students with zero math background and students with college level math. All of them are able to understand Physics and succeed in my class while gaining a love of Physics.
