"I have a Masters of Education degree as a Math Educational Clinician (K-12) and a Secondary Math Education degree (7-12) from Kent State University. I have taught in the classroom (high school and college) all mathematics courses ranging from pre-algebra to AP Calculus and AP Statistics, along with college level algebra, trigonometry and calculus courses.

During my 35+ years, I have worked with 100's of students in a 1 on 1 setting, both at school and in private settings. Watching a student grasp a concept they weren't able to before, is one of the most rewarding part of my teaching. Another is seeing them being successful in the end on their assessments, standardized tests or the courses.

I am able to tutor in any high school level mathematics course, as well as AP level statistics and Calculus. College level mathematics such as College Algebra, Trig and Calculus are subjects I can help with. I am also fluent with the technology used in mathematics classrooms, such as graphing calculators, Excel and Desmos.

I have won the Ohio math teacher of the year award, a Disney math teacher of the year award, and received a Fulbright Memorial scholarship to travel to Japan for a research opportunity on the Japanese schools.
