"I am a third-year university student studying English. I have a strong academic background in the subjects I tutor, supported by formal coursework and ongoing professional development. My studies in English, Psychology and Math have given me a solid foundation in the concepts and skills student need to succeed from middle school through high school. I also stay current with curriculum standards and learning strategies so I can meet students at their level and help them build confidence as well as competence.

My tutoring experience includes working with students of various ages in both one-on-one and small-group settings. As a long-time babysitter and a preschool assistant coordinator, I regular supported children and young adults academically through early reading and homework tasks, which taught me how to break down complex ideas and explain them in accessible ways. Throughout high school, I also taught peers through our chess club, helping students of varying levels strengthen strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
