"I am a 4th-year medical student and IM residency applicant with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping others succeed. I scored 70th percentile on USMLE Step 2 CK and 70th+ percentile on COMLEX Level 2. I previously spent three years teaching systemic physiology at UC Davis, where I worked closely with students to break down complex topics into clear and intuitive concepts. My teaching experience has included both classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring, supporting students across a wide range of learning styles.

I have helped numerous students prepare for Step 1, Step 2, Level 1, Level 2, and Shelf exams by creating content specific study guides, study timelines, and resource strategies. I am very familiar with all major learning tools—including AMBOSS, UWorld, TrueLearn, NBME practice exams, and COMSAEs—and I help students understand not only what to use but when and how to use each resource efficiently.

My tutoring style is highly individualized, however, it revolves around one approach - understanding not memorization. I spend lots of time identifying student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences, then tailor an approach to improve weak areas. Whether a student is aiming for a high score or working to pass a challenging exam, I focus on developing a strong foundation in physiology and clinical reasoning, test-taking strategy, and question-based learning.
