"Hi there!
My name is Ari, and I'm currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida with a 4.0 GPA. I've always had a passion for mathematics and problem-solving, which has driven me to excel academically and help others do the same. I earned a perfect score of 800 on the SAT Math section and have completed Calculus I, II, III, and more advanced mathematics coursework. I have experience tutoring in school settings as well as online, and these experiences have not only deepened my understanding but also helped me develop strategies to explain difficult concepts in a clear, relatable way.
Over the past few years, I’ve tutored students individually and in groups for SAT Math, AP Calculus, and Physics. My focus has always been on improving both skill and confidence. I understand that math and science can feel overwhelming, but that’s why I customize each session for the student. I identify how they learn best, turning complex problems into simple steps, and using real-world examples whenever possible. I aim to create an interactive, low-pressure environment where students can ask questions freely and feel empowered to make mistakes and grow.
Whether you're preparing for an important standardized test or simply trying to keep up with class assignments, I'm here to help make math and science feel more enjoyable. If something doesn’t click right away, I’m always ready to try another method or perspective until it makes sense. With patience, practice, and the right guidance, I truly believe anyone can succeed.
Looking forward to working with you!" less...
