"I have two degrees. I received a BA in philosophy in 2021 with the goal of doing graduate work. Most of my focus in my undergraduate career was in the history of philosophy with a further focus on freewill and human flourishing. In the fall of 2021 I went to Asbury Theological Seminary where I received a MA in Theological Studies with a focus in philosophy (2024/25). I spent a lot time writing on various areas of the philosophy of religion. Some areas of focus are freewill, time, models of God, the problem of evil, and necessity and possibility. I also kept current in the field of analytic theology. I also did non-degree seeking graduate work at Palm Beach Atlantic University in the philosophy of time. I studied under a professor that is at the cutting edge of his field in the philosophy time. I am also educated in theology of the Christian church. I did course work on the early church fathers all the way up to contemporary theology.

I have tutored other students in both philosophy and theology during both of my degrees. My approach is always individualized. Different people learn differently and struggle with different aspects of the material. I had no "one size fits all" approach. My goal is to help students succeed by working with the particular needs of each student. I also have given a lecture on integrating and utilizing formal deductive logic when assessing ideas from the past. I gave a brief introduction on how formal deductive logic works and offered a method by which to evaluate historical ideas that were formulated prior to the formalization of contemporary deductive logic. I also occasionally teach philosophical theology to highschoolers at my church." less...
