"I have been teaching English professionally for the past ten years. I believe that students learn best when they are engaged in something they truly love, so my focus is on finding each student's passions and interests and using those to customize a lesson to be as effective as possible.

I have taught students (both in classes and privately) from ages 4-65, all the way from beginning-level ESL students (zero-level English) to university-level readers and writers. I am teaching everything from low-level phonics, reading, and conversation classes up through advanced grammar, history/politics, and colloquial vs. formal speaking and writing.

as a language learner myself (I also speak Italian and German), I can personally relate to the difficulties of language learning .after 10 years teaching EFL learners, I know many of the specific difficulties of learning English and have lessons ready to address them. I have dedicated myself to learning as much as possible about language learning and I hope to help you by sharing that knowledge with you.
