"Hello! My name is Matthew, and I am a well-rounded tutor specializing in Math and Music Theory. It has always been a passion of mine to share in my interests, and to educate those around me, regardless of age or background, on those interests. For sessions, I am available to meet at a library, a student's home, or even online!

As for my background, while I may be on the younger side, I have been tutoring in a variety of settings, student ages, and topics for nearly five years now. The breadth of my experiences range from being a college-level tutor at Keene State College for seven semesters of college, to an intervention-focused math tutor for Seymour Middle School, even to my current job as a part time programming instructor for a private company, where I teach children how to code in a variety of languages! I have also voluntarily tutored in a variety of other subjects, including music theory and database structures.

For me, the primary focus of my tutoring is to break down complicated topics within mathematics and music into their foundational parts, and use that as the building blocks to understand and solve far more difficult problems.

My final goal as a tutor is to provide my clients the confidence and mental tools to become self-reliant student, and to grow their problem solving skills to help in any academic or personal environment!
