"Hello! My name is Monteal. I hold the CCS, CPC, CPC-I and RHIT certifications. I have over 5 years experience as a medical coder working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, I trained coders for 3 years at BCBS on proper application of coding guidelines and coding edits. Prior to working in the Healthcare Industry I taught adults the art of Cosmetology for over 10 years. My passion for helping new and aspiring coders build confidence, accuracy, and success on their coding journey is the most rewarding challenge yet!
