"As an undergraduate student majoring in Math Education at Missouri Valley College, I have built a strong foundation in both mathematical content and effective teaching strategies. My coursework has equipped me with the skills to explain complex mathematical ideas in ways that are clear and accessible to learners at different levels. I am on track to begin my student teaching in the spring of 2026, where I will gain direct classroom experience under the guidance of experienced educators, further refining my ability to support students' academic growth.

I have had the opportunity to work with middle and high school students in both one-on-one and small group settings, assisting with subjects ranging from pre-algebra to geometry. These experiences have helped me develop a student-centered approach that emphasizes patience, active engagement, and concept mastery.
