"I have an active CPA license in the state of Virginia. I am currently an audit manager in a public CPA firm specializing in federal audit, and for the past 8 years have worked in the federal audit space. As part of my role as a manager, I am responsible for training staff (i.e., taking theory and applying to practical situations).

My familiarity with the CPA exam allows me to guide students away from the topics less tested so we focus on the topics more heavily tested. In addition there are many patterns that have been recurring on the CPA exam for decades that when learned can give the student an advantage.
