"I'm Rebecca! I graduated from Smith College in January of 2020 with honors from Psi Chi (Honors Society for Psychology) and Sigma Xi (Honors Society for Scientific Research. I received a Master of Arts Degree from Hofstra University where I am currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology. In college, I found my passion not only for the studying psychology and conducting research in it, but spreading my knowledge and helping students who are struggling achieve their ideal grades. I was given the opportunity by professors to work as a TA at both the Undergraduate and Graduate level in human behavior and statistics. In Graduate school, I spent last year teaching for a half hour before each lecture twice a week and spent time with students one-on-one (both online and virtually) reviewing information learned in class. I am currently an undergraduate Adjunct Instructor at Suffolk County Community College (SCCC) where I teach neuropsychology to undergraduate students looking to bolster their knowledge in the underlying biological mechanisms behind human behavior.

I believe that the pursuit of knowledge is a never-ending journey. We are never done with learning more about the world and ourselves.
