"Educationally, I have an MBA from San Francisco State U, a BA and PhD from Berkeley, and completed coursework on another doctorate in accounting and finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. I have over 20 years of teaching experience at the college level as well as extensive one-to-one experience tutoring bookkeepers and accountants in accounting, bookkeeping and QuickBooks (desktop and online). I taught Financial and Managerial accounting at UC Santa Cruz extension as well as Managerial Finance and the national certification course in Bookkeeping. I have been an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor in desktop and QuickBooks Online for many years. My certifications are current and require that I pass tests each year to update my knowledge of the software.
