"Hi, I’m Cheyenne! I’m an Aerospace Engineer at a Fortune 100 company with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering (2024), including minors in Applied Mathematics, Human Factors, and Project Management. I’m currently working toward my Fundamentals of Engineering certification as I take the next steps toward becoming a licensed Professional Engineer.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve always had a passion for helping others learn. My tutoring experience ranges from assisting elementary students with reading to guiding my peers through complex high school geometry, and more recently, tutoring a college student in College Algebra. I’ve always focused on one-on-one sessions, which allows me to tailor my approach to each student’s needs.

As a tutor, I prioritize a student-centered approach. I begin by identifying where the student feels stuck, then introduce a clear, understandable strategy to solve the problem. We check back frequently to see if the approach resonates with them, and if it doesn’t, that’s okay! Everyone learns differently, and I’m committed to adjusting my methods until we find what works best. My goal is to help you build understanding, confidence, and even curiosity in math, whether you're preparing for the GED or tackling more advanced topics.
