"I am a very empathetic person who would like to see myself in others' position and see what I can do. I have taught 11th and 12th grade students back in India (in Agriculture). While at the University of Georgia, I was a teaching assistant for the classes "Principles of microeconomics" and "Quantitative methods in agricultural economics". I also taught a class called "Survey of econometrics" which involved basic principles in statistics. I also tutored students in basic microeconomics and statistics. Tutoring is mostly a one-to-one interaction that can help you understand a subject better than you do in a class. In addition to teaching the subject you can also share your life experiences with your student that can benefit him/her in future.
